These terms govern your use of the HALMAI website, documentation portal, administrative dashboards, and any evaluation or pre-production access provided by HALMAI. Production deployments and enterprise licenses are governed by separate customer agreements.

HALMAI provides runtime enforcement infrastructure for AI systems — including deterministic policy gates, replay verification, hash-chained audit trails, and governance reporting surfaces. HALMAI is an enforcement layer; it does not make decisions on behalf of your AI systems.
You agree to use HALMAI and its associated resources (website, docs, dashboards) in a lawful and professional manner. You may not:
Certain features — including admin dashboards, audit consoles, and advanced documentation — require authenticated access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Evaluation environments are provided for assessment purposes and may have functional limitations. They are not intended for production workloads. HALMAI reserves the right to modify or revoke evaluation access at any time.
Any non-public information disclosed during evaluation, onboarding, or pre-release access — including documentation, architecture details, and governance models — is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties without written authorization.

Audit reports, evidence packs, compliance exports, and other governance artifacts generated through your use of HALMAI are your data. HALMAI does not claim ownership of outputs produced by the platform on your behalf. The underlying enforcement logic, models, and software remain HALMAI's intellectual property.

All HALMAI software, documentation, and governance models are the intellectual property of HALMAI. Access does not transfer ownership, license rights beyond the scope of your agreement, or the right to create derivative works.

Information submitted through contact forms, the on-site assistant, or access request flows is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
HALMAI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, documentation, or evaluation access at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance. Production service availability is defined in separate customer SLAs.
HALMAI is provided on an “as available” basis for website and evaluation access. Production SLAs and uptime commitments are defined in separate customer agreements. HALMAI does not guarantee that runtime enforcement will satisfy all regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions without appropriate configuration and legal review.

We may update these terms as HALMAI's product and operational scope evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
